Okay to be fair Jenie didn't invent this recipe but she's who I got it from and it is AMAZING!!!
Here's the recipe I used today to make 4 loaves of bread in about an hour....seriously, an HOUR.
Jenies Bread
5 cups all purpose white flour
5 cups robin hood Multi Grain bread flour (superstore 10.00 for 5 kgs)
1 tablespoon Salt
3 rounded tablespoons yeast
3 tablespoons canola oil
4 cups very hot tap water
Mix dry ingredients. (I'm not gonna lie, you CAN do this by hand but it is MUCH easier with a mixer with a dough hook) Add oil and hot water. Mix for 1 minute and check consistency. If dough is to dry add more water. If dough is to moist add a little flour. Mix for 5 minutes (don't add water or flour after you are finished mixing). Spray counter and pans with Pam. Divide dough into 4 equal parts and shape loaves, place in pans. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and a towel and set in a warm draft free place to raise for 25 minutes (or until they are loaf size=)) Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Makes 4 loaves of bread.

I have decided that I need to do all my baking at your house. Your mixer from GINORMIKA and your convection oven (not to mention ginormous cookie sheets) are calling my name.
Perhaps you need to notify me every time you leave town, and I can heat up your house again. I'll bring my own flour, though. (I owe you probably ten cups of flour, BTW)
the bread is DEEEELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!
Even I could do this recipe thanks again you help my homemaking skills confidence tremendously.
